STEP 1: Appoint a Prayer Coordinator/Administrator for the group.
STEP 2: Create a “Group” on WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal.
STEP 3: Choose a name and “GMLN LOGO” profile pic for the Group related to the purpose and focus of the Group. Send invitation to interested individuals
STEP 4: Add members to the Group by adding the names one by one. You can also use the group invite link – this link can be sent to people and they can join the Group by clicking on the link. Make sure to ask individuals if they want to join before you add them. Add participants to the group and welcome them. Make sure they received the Protocols for the group. Also explain the purpose of the week of prayer and how to choose an hour daily.
STEP 5: Post an Invitation to join the Group, which members can then forward to their friends.
STEP 6: Each person chooses a  specific time (an hour or half an hour) of the day to pray. Some may start with two or three hours per week. Update and post the Schedule so members can see all the available hours.
STEP 7: Make regular simple prayer guidelines (prayer pointers) available that can highlight your
prayer focus. Prayer Guidelines and more resources are available at info@gmln.org.
STEP 8: Post daily reminders with the updated roster and prayer guidelines. MAKE
SURE members adhere to their hours and the Protocols (a set of guidelines to enhance
the flow of prayer in the group).
STEP 9: Pray for the Lord to set the Watchmen on the Walls.
